The designer kids' hair clip is then highly embellished with lines of hand-stitched beads ranging from tiny and delicate to larger and sparkly. To keep it beautiful: store it flat in the box or pouch it arrived in, away from direct sunlight; keep it away from water, perfume and hairspray, which can dull the crystals and pearls; gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth when needed — never soak or machine wash; and handle the beadwork softly, as it's hand-stitched, not glued. With a little care, your piece will stay an heirloom ready for the next little one.
